You have the right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how to make a request, what we delete, and what we may be required to retain.

MyGoTickets is operated by Strive Digital Solutions, registered in Ghana. You have the right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to support@mygotickets.com with:
- Subject: “Data Deletion Request”
- The email address and/or phone number associated with your MyGoTickets account
- Confirmation that you are the account holder making the request
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.
What We Will Delete
Once your identity is verified, we will delete:
- Your account and profile information
- Your contact details (email, phone number)
- Your purchase and ticket history, where retention is not legally required
- Other personal data we hold about you
What We May Retain
For legal, tax, accounting, and audit reasons, we may retain limited information for the period required by Ghanaian law, including:
- Financial records relating to ticket purchases
- Records relating to dispute resolution or fraud prevention
Timeline
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving and verifying it, and confirm completion by email.
