- Payment information: Mobile money number or bank card details, processed securely through Paystack. We do not store full card numbers.

- Communications: Messages you send to our support team.

- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Platform.
- Device data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.

- Process ticket purchases and issue QR code tickets
- Facilitate payouts to event organizers via mobile money or bank transfer

Retained while your account is active, plus a reasonable period to allow for reactivation.

The Platform is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
