Please read these terms carefully before using the MyGoTickets platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MyGoTickets website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, event organizers, and attendees who access or use the Platform. By purchasing a ticket, listing an event, or registering an account, you enter into a legally binding agreement with MyGoTickets.
2. Use of Service
MyGoTickets provides an online platform that connects event organizers with attendees. We act as an intermediary and marketplace — we do not own or operate the events listed on our Platform.
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. MyGoTickets will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
We reserve the right to disable any account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms.
4. Ticket Purchases
When you purchase a ticket through the Platform, you are entering into a contract with the event organizer, not with MyGoTickets. MyGoTickets facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the agreement between you and the organizer.
All ticket sales are subject to:
- The event organizer's specific terms and conditions
- Our platform-wide Refund Policy (see Section 5 below)
- Applicable payment-processing terms from our payment partners
- Availability at the time of purchase
Tickets are non-transferable unless the event organizer explicitly permits transfers. Reselling tickets at above face value (“touting”) is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
5. Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and event organizers. Please read the following carefully before requesting a refund.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the event date.
Refunds will only be issued for the full cost of the ticket. Any applicable platform or payment-processing fees will not be refunded.
If the event is canceled or rescheduled, we will automatically issue a refund to the original method of payment.
If the event is not canceled or rescheduled, refunds will only be issued for the following reasons:
Eligible for Refund
- You are unable to attend the event due to illness or emergency. A doctor's note may be required as proof.
- The event organizer approves a refund for a specific reason.
Not Eligible for Refund
- You change your mind about attending the event.
- You are unable to attend due to personal circumstances.
- You are denied entry to the event for any reason.
If a refund is approved, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

6. Organizer Terms
If you list events on the Platform as an organizer, you agree to the following additional terms:
- You are solely responsible for delivering the event as described. Any material changes must be communicated to attendees promptly.
- You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, permits, and regulations related to your event, including venue licensing and public safety requirements.
- MyGoTickets will collect payments on your behalf and remit proceeds to you after deducting the applicable platform fee. Payouts are typically processed same-day.
- In the event of a cancellation, you authorize MyGoTickets to issue full refunds to all ticket holders from your balance.
- You must not misrepresent the nature, date, venue, or capacity of your event. Fraudulent listings will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Platform to commit fraud or engage in any deceptive or misleading conduct
- Creating false or misleading event listings
- Reselling tickets at above face value without prior written consent from MyGoTickets
- Attempting to circumvent any security features of the Platform
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform
- Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on any third-party rights
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform and all content, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by MyGoTickets or its licensors and are protected by Ghanaian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyGoTickets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any events purchased through it.
MyGoTickets acts as a marketplace and is not responsible for the actions or omissions of event organizers. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant ticket(s).
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We may also notify registered users by email or through a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
