No. There are zero setup fees and no monthly subscriptions. For free events you pay nothing — ever. Fees only apply when you earn from paid ticket sales.
What payment methods do attendees use?
Attendees can pay with MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, and all major bank cards via Paystack.
When do I receive my payouts?
Payouts are processed same-day to your mobile money or bank account after deducting the applicable platform fee and any payment-processing charges.
Is the booking fee charged to me or the attendee?
Booking and payment-processing fees are separate from the plan fee. You can choose during event setup whether to absorb them or pass them on to attendees.
Can I switch plans mid-event?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard. The new rate applies to tickets sold after the upgrade.
